HK CSL Ltd. is the leader in mobile communication business in Hong Kong.
Over the past 2.5 years, I was responsible for managing their web related projects and sites admin in I.T. department. It's also very good opportunity for me to get in touch with bigger systems and application servers used by big corporation, while interact with many other departments user to help develop intranet site for their use with the advantage of online sharing information and improve the efficiency.
I also help Internet Marketing to co-ordinate and manage web related projects on technical issue with the software house vendor. So is the implementation of “Content Management System” for company web site, which to allow other departments' users to update the web content themselves.

Job Duty :
1) Work as server admin for the company web servers and coordinate with Internet Marketing department.
2) Develope Intranet sites for company internal use. (eg. PettyCash system, Corporate Offer Inquiry system, Best Staff eNomination, Status Summary ...etc. )
3) Project management and coordinate with outside vendor for web related project.

Working together with the China development team for project successfully deliver to customer. Duties include building web page interface and layout design before gave to china development team to program the server side functions. Monitoring development processes and testing to ensure the quality meet the customer's requirement and satisfaction. Have completed 3 manufacturing B2B communities site including eTendering system for the construction industry using Hong Kong Post office signature certificate to allow client to sign and encrypt their file before submitting, also an online shopping site.

Job Duty :
1) Provide Web solution for the sales team regard of each project.
2) Design the web architecture, user interface and flow at the beginning and middle of the development phrase.
3) Assist the China development team in providing guidance and technique. Also monitoring the progress and testing.
4) Coordinate with the Customer in UAT (User Acceptance Test) before the web site launch.

Introduced from my previous boss to work here in his friend's company who is the I.T. department manager after finished the online stock trading project. KGI is a well-known financial company in Hong Kong . My work duty there is to upgrade the online stock trading web site to compete with many other competitors in the industry which many other company also develop their own online stock trading web site. Beside working together with the web designer and other content providers to keep adding more content available on the web site. While at the same time maintaining the security and server's stability with the networking guys. Also lead a team of contract indian programmers to upgrade the trading plateform to allow multi-markets stock trading and also reconstruct the whole trading part after the user login.

Job Duty :
1) Design the web architecture, user interface and flow at the beginning and middle of the development phrase.
2) Coordinate with the Indian Programmers for the requirement functions assigned by the manager.
3) Work as web master taking care of the content part of web site together with the web designer and daily mantanient.

Work as an Analyst Programmer in this software company. My first and only project there before my boss recommand me to work in KGI is to build an online stock trading web site for a well-establish Taiwanese stock security company in Hong Kong . It has all the necessary functions required for doing stock trading online once the user login to their account and also showing real-time financial news and stock quote checking for public users. The web site will work together with a backend system developed by my co-workers to allow processing client's order, just like placing order thru telephone to a broker while having all the convenient and advantage of doing business online anytime and keeping track of the order status easily.

Job Duty :
1) Design the web architecture, user interface and flow using HTML.
2) Programming the whole web site using HTML, ASP, JavaScript and VB Script.
3) Writing SQL Store Procedure to access the Microsoft SQL Server database.
4) Apply Verisign SSL Certificate and installation of the web site to the client's site.

Work as a Web Programmer to build a big intranet web site for the a US base trading and technology company's different branches around the world to use it for communication and daily operation purpose. My duty include setting up and maintain the web server, database system and program whatever new functions my boss assign to me to add on. The general functions of this web site allow user to go online, login, and then use it as a communication tools to communicate with other staffs in other branch offices arround the world and also allow them to follow up the currect Inquiries and Orders from startup tills finished. Also some other functions include storing and printing out report for Accounting purpose. Away from that, I provide system and network support for staffs in the office as well.
